Information that you submit to VTNZ through this process will be used to investigate your complaint. If your complaint is about a practical driving test, the information may be disclosed to the Testing Officer the inquiry relates to and the NZ Transport Agency in relation to this purpose. If you do not provide the information required by the complaints form, VTNZ may be unable to process your inquiry.
