We are proud to have taken out the top spot in the Enterprise category at the IBM Kenexa Best Workplace 2016 Awards for the third year in a row.

With 97% of our team of over 1000 employees engaging in the survey, VTNZ has beat a large number of excellent New Zealand employers to secure the award for best enterprise workplace in the country.

The Kenexa survey, run every year by IBM, asks employees to anonymously rate how satisfied they are with their workplace. The results are based on New Zealand’s largest and longest running study of workplace climate and employee engagement. VTNZ won both the Enterprise award and Overall award in 2014 and again took out the Enterprise award in 2015. This year, VTNZ has once again retained its title as one of New Zealand’s best workplaces.
