Good news for car owners – registration fees are dropping

From 1 July, light vehicle owners will see a decrease in their registration fees. The average yearly vehicle licence is falling from $185 to around $130. You can find out what your new fee will be by entering your number plate at rightcar.govt.nz/rego/acc-new

This has been the second year running that ACC have reduced their licence levies for owners of light vehicles, which includes owners of cars, vans, utes and SUVs.
